Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
NanoLink is a link-shortening and monetization platform. This policy explains what you can and can’t use it for. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
Breaking these rules can get your links removed and your account suspended without a refund of earnings.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use NanoLink to shorten, share, or monetize:
- Malware, ransomware, or drive-by-download pages
- Phishing sites, credential-stealing forms, or fake sign-in screens
- Content that sexually exploits minors, or any content that depicts non-consensual sexual acts
- Explicit adult content that violates local law where it is hosted, viewed, or distributed
- Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence against a person or group
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights
- Content that violates a person’s privacy (doxxing, leaked private information, intimate content shared without consent)
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods
- Financial or investment scams, pyramid or MLM schemes, fake ICOs
- Government-designated terrorist or sanctioned content
2. Prohibited behavior
- Sending traffic to your own links from bots, click farms, proxies, incentivized clicks, or auto-refresh tools
- Using multiple accounts to inflate earnings or bypass limits
- Sending unsolicited email or SMS (spam) that contains your NanoLink links
- Wrapping other people’s content to divert their traffic or ad revenue
- Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service
- Circumventing rate limits, security features, or account bans
3. Traffic quality
NanoLink pays for verified human clicks. Every click passes through fraud detection and bot filtering. We do not pay for:
- Clicks from data centers, VPN exit nodes, or known proxies
- Repeated clicks from the same fingerprint within a short window
- Traffic driven by paid ad networks unless disclosed in your dashboard
- Traffic that fails our engagement checks (e.g. instant back-button)
We may reverse earnings, cap payouts, or terminate accounts that repeatedly fail traffic-quality checks.
4. Reporting abuse
Found a NanoLink link pointing to malware, phishing, or anything above? Send the full URL to abuse@nanolink.site. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
For copyright complaints, include your contact details, the original work, and a good-faith statement.
5. Enforcement
Depending on the violation, we may: remove a link, disable monetization on your account, hold your pending payout, suspend your account, or permanently ban you. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
