Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NanoLink. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.

Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

You may not use NanoLink to link to or promote:

• Illegal content, including piracy, malware, or scams
• Phishing pages or fake login screens
• Content that sexually exploits minors, or non-consensual intimate content
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Spam, click fraud, or automated/inflated traffic
• Any content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy

We may suspend or remove links, and terminate accounts, that break these rules. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

If you use NanoLink’s Monetizer program, you earn a share of ad revenue for verified human clicks on your links. Payouts are shown in your dashboard.

We don’t pay for bot traffic, click fraud, self-clicks, or traffic that violates these Terms. We may adjust or reverse earnings we believe are fraudulent, and we may cap payouts during investigations.

Payout minimums, methods, and processing times are documented in your dashboard. Third-party payment providers (like PayPal or your bank) may charge their own fees.

You keep ownership of the links, pages, and materials you upload. You give NanoLink a limited license to host, display, and route that content so we can operate the Service.

Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.

The NanoLink name, logo, software, dashboards, and analytics are ours. Don’t copy or reverse-engineer them.

You can close your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, hurt other users, or expose us to legal risk.

If we close your account without cause, we’ll pay out any verified earnings you’ve accumulated.

We work hard to keep NanoLink fast and reliable, but the Service is provided as-is. We can’t promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms as our Service evolves. If we make important changes, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
